Payment Timing

For both regular and pre-order items, payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

For bank transfers, payment is confirmed after the transfer has been received.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after purchase.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, shipping may take more than one week.

Shipping, Returns and Fees

If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

For returns requested for customer convenience, all associated fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that orders shipped outside Japan are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Flat-rate shipping: ¥1,000 nationwide.
Free shipping on orders totaling ¥10,000 (tax included) or more.

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout.

Japanese consumption tax is not applied to orders from outside Japan, but the product price includes an international sales fee.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged in your country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
